Programs

Bracken Services has an effective quality control program that includes scheduled performance audits on all workers in each building we clean, scheduled facility audits, and periodic interviews and audits with our clients. Our clients have access to all audits and are encouraged to be active participants in the evaluation process.

Our audits are designed to measure our success over time and to guide us in our continual improvement. Once an audit is completed, it is used to further train employees and to create accountability. Overall, the program is designed to be proactive as opposed to reactive. Our goal is to solve issues before they become problems.

Bracken Services believes that an effective training program is the backbone of any building service contractor.  Our Safety and Training Program includes video, written and hands-on training. All of our training materials were produced by employees and teach time-tested cleaning techniques and safety procedures. Our Safety and Training Programs include:

• Regular training throughout the year

• Accountability mechanisms

• A variety of techniques to present information
